Founded in 1955, Braid Logistics UK Ltd (formerly known as John S Braid & Co Ltd) draws strongly on unique traditions firmly rooted in Scotland’s rich seafaring history. That background sees the company provide a diverse range of specialist freight management services across the world. We take pride in global capabilities whereby we extend many of the services within our scope to a global platform.
Today, the Braid Group’s head office can still be found in Glasgow, while other UK offices and warehouse facilities are located in Liverpool and London.
Our “Global Reach” is comprehensive with Braid Logistics offices in France, Germany, Spain, USA, Chile, Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan, China, New Zealand, Australia, and South Africa. In addition and to ensure a truly global profile, we maintain an agency network of 62 partnering agents worldwide.
Over 1 billion liters of liquids are handled within the Bulk Liquid Logistics side of the business, an important and growing part of the group. From a pallet to a power station, the Braid Group’s team of multi-skilled professionals is on hand to provide tailor-made freight solutions backed by comprehensive hands on competence with unlimited geographical coverage.
